Heart, Hands & Healing Art: Team-Building Experience for Businesses

Is your business challenged by interpersonal issues such as miscommunication, uneven team skills, and simply getting everyone to “read from the same page?” I offer my “Heart, Hands & Healing Art” program to businesses to provide  employees a chance to develop skills of creativity, communication and increased levels of productivity.

The program encourages artistic and personal expression through a process of painting with hands – no brushes allowed! Each participant starts with the same blank canvas, and when the session is over, each has created an individual masterpiece that often reveals personal insights that may have been previously unknown or forgotten. The process of allowing oneself to creatively participate in the artistic process breaks down inner barriers and offers new perspectives and possibilities.

This program helps employee groups to work together to create a more harmonious, effective environment. Studies have shown that employees who communicate and share ideas more effectively simply work better together. Some of the benefits of this program include (yet are not limited to):

I am a certified hypnotherapist,  employing a variety of skills to assist participants in discovering previously un-tapped gifts of creativity, interpersonal connection and even playfulness. Play relaxes and opens the mind to previously hidden resources of new ideas. This motivation and inspiration encourages people to give themselves permission to express themselves artistically, which leads to better overall communication with self and others in the working environment.

Being creative is not just the time spent in front of the canvas. Creativity, self-discovery and self-expression can become guiding principles in one’s everyday life, both personally and professionally.
